Our 7 step inspection process
We meet with our clients before the inspection to see if they have any concerns that they would like us to address. We perform a multi-point inspection on all visible components of the property and provide a digital report on any deficiencies. After our client receives the report, we schedule a follow up call to go over the report and answer any questions. As an added bonus to our clients, Property Facts can also help track renovations and give reminders of any upcoming maintenance items. We can also help with supervising any future renovation projects.

Appointment confirmation
Once a client books an inspection with Property Facts, we’ll send them a confirmation email. This email will verify the appointment details. It will also include our agreement for the client to review.
